This study aims to analyze the quality of health care based on the expected service and care received (patient satisfaction) to the quality of inpatient care in the installation of Tarakan City Hospital. This type of observational study is the design of Cross Sectional Study. The unit of analysis of this research is Inpatient Unit General Hospital Tarakan City with the subject patient or family who visit Inpatient Installation.
