This study aims to analyze the relationship of culture and organizational climate and motivation of nurses working in hospitals in the study design Salewangang Maros in Cros Sectional Study. Purposive sample of studies determined (purposive sampling) is sampling with particular consideration to represent the population. So the size of the sample obtained as many as 60 people. Collecting data

through interviews using a questionnaire that is processed using a computer. Analysis of data is a univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate. The results showed no relationship of organizational culture based on values​​, norms and assumptions as well as organizational climate based on the physical environment, social and environmental management systems organized by the work motivation of nurses. The value is a factor that gives the organization a greater influence on work motivation of nurses embodiment, therefore, for managerial hospitals are expected to carry out the vision and mission of the organization's orientation and training within the framework of organizational culture planting, make improvements to the physical working environment to support the comfort of officers in provide services and the enforcement of labor discipline an employee with the application of strict rules. The nurse is expected to understand and practice the values, norms and assumptions developed in the hospital organization and establish a good cooperation and communication with colleagues and hospital administrators.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan budaya dan iklim organisasi dengan motivasi kerja tenaga perawat di Rumah Sakit Salewangang Maros dengan rancangan penelitian secara Cros Sectional Study. Sampel penelitian ditentukan secara purposive (purposive sampling) yaitu penarikan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu yang dapat mewakili populasi. Sehingga besarnya sampel diperoleh sebanyak 60 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara menggunakan kuisioner yang diolah menggunakan komputer. Analisa data berupa analisa univariat, bivariat dan multivariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan budaya organisasi berdasarkan nilai, norma dan asumsi serta iklim organisasi berdasarkan lingkungan fisik, lingkungan sosial dan sistem manajemen organsasi dengan motivasi kerja tenaga perawat. Nilai organisasi merupakan faktor yang memberi pengaruh lebih besar terhadap perwujudan motivasi kerja tenaga perawat Oleh sebab itu, bagi manajerial rumah sakit diharapkan untuk melakukan orientasi visi dan misi organisasi serta pelatihan dalam rangka penanaman budaya organisasi, melakukan perbaikan terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik sehingga menunjang kenyaman petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan dan penegakkan disiplin kerja pegawai dengan penerapan aturan yang tegas. Perawat diharapakan untuk memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai, norma dan asumsi yang berkembang dalam organisasi rumah sakit dan membangun kerjasama dan komunikasi yang baik dengan rekan kerja dan pimpinan rumah sakit.
